All VILLAWEAR products are printed on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. It takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out.

Most of the orders are processed within 4 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:

The shipping time depends on your location. After your order has been processed, the approximate shipping time is listed below:

• Economy     4-8 business days
• Standard     2-5 business days

Potential Delays During Holiday Season

Most orders arrive on time. However, due to holiday shipping volumes, some orders may arrive later than our estimates because the shipping carriers experience volume increases.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
VILLAWEAR does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

CUSTOMS DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For all international orders outside of the USA. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

VILLAWEAR does not issue refunds and takes responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
